MOSCOW, October 25th 2016
On October 25th of each year
we celebrate World Pasta Day,
at the same time in different parts of the world.
In 2016 World Pasta Day took place in Moscow
and discussed the high nutritional value of pasta,
its accesibility and adaptability to all populations
and world cultures, and its extremely
low environmental impact.
The aim of the initiative is to celebrate pasta
and communicate the nutritional values to media and consumers.
Pasta, this special food consumed in all continents,
is able to satisfy the nutritional primary needs,
and to enhance the most sophisticated experiments on cooking.
